In Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind, the hero or heroine can get a house in the dark elf island of Vvardenfell. Just need to go talk to a few people and the deed will be signed over to the hero, allowing him or her to get a property.

• Find Szugogroth in the Vivec City Refuge area.

The head to the northeastern and upper mid part of the Vvardenfall map, and find Balus Idolus.

Then head back to Vivec City and enjoy your new apartment. The bigger house will have to wait till later.
